After my return from Poland we went to Bliss Bistro for brunch on Sunday. The place is great during the summer, as they have a really nice garden out back. This was actually my first time eating inside of the restaurant.
On the corner of Skillman and 46th street, you can’t tell that Bliss Bistro has a garden, but it’s back there.
All the dishes have funny french names. This is the “omelette Montrachet” ($10), which is basically a goat cheese omelette with tomato and basil. The egg dishes all come with salad and fries on the side. I found the salad a little bland but me fellow diners liked it. The fries were alright, and the omelette itself was good, but not great.
This very similar looking omelette ($10) is quite different on the inside, containing scottish smoked salmon. Again, it was good, but not great.
This very appetizing concoction is a dish of two poached eggs Benedict with Scottish smoked salmon ($11). Perhaps Pete can comment on here as to how he liked it.
And this is Leto – our new 3 year old Boston Terrier that we got on Saturday! Perhaps he’ll start reviewing some dog food for the site.

I stumbled upon this blog when I was yelping a few weeks ago and as I flipped through the post I realized the blogger could very well be one of my downstairs neighbors after I saw a couple pics of Alex and Pete. Who are you? Also, who is that dog and when can I meet him?
